How Our New Construction Process Works
Planning
We coordinate the floor plan, site requirements, material selections, structural details, mechanical systems, permitting needs, and construction sequence before work begins.
Construction
Site preparation, foundation work, framing, roofing, exterior installation, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, insulation, and other structural and behind-the-wall systems are completed in sequence.
Finish Work
Drywall, paint, flooring, cabinetry, countertops, tile, trim, lighting, plumbing fixtures, doors, hardware, and finish carpentry are completed with one consistent standard throughout the home.
Handoff
We complete the punch list, test the home’s systems, coordinate final inspections, clean the property, and walk through the completed home with you before the project is closed.
